According to the "Measures on Application of COREX Iron Ore Purchase and Sales Contract (Delivering Cargo)" and the request from Roy Hill Holdings Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Roy Hill"), it is hereby announced:
Roy Hill will publish the ROY HILL Sales Agreement (Iron Ore Spot Sale) contract template in the COREX electronic trading system (hereinafter referred to as "the System"). This contract template will be applicable to transactions involving the spot sale of MB fines by Roy Hill in the System from July 17, 2024, with the executing entity being Roy Hill Iron Ore Pty Ltd.
